Payment, Delivery and Exchanges



All orders will be posted and tracked with Australia Post.

We cannot be held responsible for deliveries, once they have left our premises.
Pobblebonks Lunch Box Shop has an automated postage system and orders will be sent to the exact address entered when your order is placed online. We take no responsibility for orders being sent to incorrect addresses entered by the purchaser. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, or failure to accept a delivery (ie. post box notification slips) you will be charged additional postage to re-deliver the goods.

If you live on the North West Coast of Tasmania you may pick up your parcel, opening hours 9am – 5.00pm Monday through to Friday.

Select Local Pick Up at the checkout. Credit Card Payment can be made on checkout or cash on pick up. All orders are available for collection after 24hours after confirmation unless your order is placed on a Friday or Saturday and collection will be the Monday.
Please note that if your order is not responded to or is not collected within a week of your confirmation email, it will be automatically cancelled.


All orders will be shipped within 5 working days of received payment clearance.


We process all orders daily, Monday to Friday (Weekend orders will be processed Monday.) All orders processed on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.


Pobblebonks Lunch Box Shop orders can take from 2-10 business days to arrive. If you have not received your order within 10 business days you should contact Pobblebonks Lunch Box Shop on (03) 6435 0900 or by email at


We do not accept responsibility for any lost packages after package has been sent with tracking.



Refund / Replace / Change of Mind Policy / Products Missing from Order

If you find your products are not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and we will arrange an exchange or refund.


Exchanges are only given if the item is unused with all packaging still intact. Items opened and out of original packaging cannot be refunded.


The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Pobblebonks will charge an extra delivery fee, for all items exchanged.


There is no refund or exchange for sale items.


The majority of the products we sell all come standard with manufacturer’s warranty and these warranties apply to your purchase.


In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of delivery, a replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability) once we have either receive the faulty return, we will refund the cost of postage upon receiving the faulty product, or seen a photo of the damaged product. If the product cannot be immediately replaced due to being out of stock, the product item amount will be refunded. We reserve the final right to determine if a product is actually faulty.

All discrepancies with orders received must be addressed within 7 days of receiving the order. After 7 days, Pobblebonks reserve the final right to determine if orders with discrepancies will be addressed at our discretion.

Please keep in mind that although our products are designed for children, they are not indestructible.
